zeekay bf3d313e14 feat: Add Android build workflow and fix mozconfig env vars ...

- Add android-release-build.yml CI workflow for arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a,
  and x86_64 Android targets using GeckoView
- Add configs/android/mozconfig for Android build configuration
- Fix critical bug: ZEN_ env var prefix in linux, macos, and windows
  mozconfigs now correctly use ENSO_ prefix (release optimizations
  and PGO were broken without this fix)
- Wire Android build into main build.yml release pipeline
