zooqueen c74582f56d Read the secret without stopping the build ...

`next build` collects page data with NODE_ENV=production and no CMS_SECRET, so
reading it as a required value there ends the build. The chart maps it from a
secretKeyRef with no `optional`, so a pod missing it never starts and the
fallback is reachable only in development.
