zooqueen 2bb7a0960d sidebar: the first render reads the path, not the cookie ...

The authenticated layout derives its sidebar state from the route, which the
server and the client both know, so the prerendered HTML and the first client
render agree. The saved cookie preference is applied in the mount effect once
the cookie is readable.

SidebarProvider starts uncontrolled state from defaultOpen for the same reason.
