The onboarding welcome screen led with "Papermark" above "What do you want to
share today?" — the first word a new user reads, and the wrong one. The README
hero banner carried upstream's positioning line too.

CODEOWNERS still named the upstream author as the default owner of every path,
so every pull request here requested review from someone outside the company.
