Real Hanzo app forked from hanzo-starter. Vite + React 19 + @hanzo/gui + @hanzo/iam (PKCE) + @hanzo/base. Three views: public event landing, Discover (RSVP + attendee list), Host dashboard. events + rsvps Base collections (org-scoped). tsc + vite build green.
