zeekayandHanzo Dev 074d60f993 Drop the scaffold build plugin, ship the real Hanzo mark
The dev-only tagger plugin the site was scaffolded with is gone from
package.json and vite.config.ts. It only ever ran under NODE_ENV=development
and the Dockerfile builds for production, so nothing that ships loses a
feature. pnpm-lock.yaml regenerated with pnpm 9, the version the Dockerfile
installs: 654 lines removed, one deprecation note added, not a single
dependency version moved.

package-lock.json deleted. Nothing referenced it -- the Dockerfile does
`pnpm install --frozen-lockfile` against pnpm-lock.yaml, and there is no
GitHub workflow, only .hanzo/workflows/deploy.yml which builds that same
Dockerfile. Keeping a second, drifting lockfile no build reads is a trap.

The favicon and the footer logo were both a generated placeholder PNG in the
scaffold's uploads folder. Replaced, not deleted, with the canonical mark
from @hanzo/logo -- favicon.svg and favicon.ico for the tab, logo.svg for
the footer. Deleting them would have cost every tab its icon.

public/favicon.ico was previously a heart glyph and was not linked from
index.html at all; it is now the real blocky-H and is linked as the ICO
fallback behind the SVG.

Verified against a preview build: both icon links return 200 with the right
content types, and the footer renders the mark at 32x32 from a 150x150
source.
