MONO — a monochrome shop of design objects: storefront grid, product detail, and cart over @hanzo/gui (UI) + @hanzo/iam (PKCE auth) + @hanzo/base (org-scoped data). Forked from hanzo-starter with an identical provider stack, vite config, auth, and deploy contract. - schema.sql: products + cart_items collections, org-scoped - generated monochrome studio imagery from the design system (no asset deps) - checkout stub clears the cart (wire to Hanzo Commerce for real orders)

Canonical instructions for this repo live in LLM.md (and its
CLAUDE.md symlink). Read it before changing anything.
TL;DR: MONO, a minimal editorial storefront (grid · product · cart) on Vite +
React 19 + @hanzo/gui + @hanzo/iam + @hanzo/base. Keep it minimal and real.
@hanzo/gui needs the react-native-web alias + Tamagui defines in
vite.config.ts and uses Tamagui LONGHAND props (tsc enforces this).
schema.sql (products, cart_items) is the Base data contract — keep it in
lockstep with src/lib/shop.ts. Prove changes with npm run build
(tsc + vite). Never build a container image locally — Hanzo Cloud owns deploys.
