I added an onlyBuiltDependencies block on the assumption the setting was
missing. It was not — this file already carries
allowBuilds:
esbuild: true
protobufjs: true
sharp: true
which is the pnpm 11 spelling and does exactly that job. The real defect was
that the Dockerfile never COPYd pnpm-workspace.yaml, so the setting was absent
at install time however it was spelled. Fixed there; removing the duplicate
rather than leaving two ways to express one thing.
