Retire Cloudflare Pages; bake the Fumadocs static export into ghcr.io/hanzoai/team-docs (Dockerfile: pnpm build + ghcr.io/hanzoai/static), built by in-cluster BuildKit / arcd and served by hanzoai/ingress.
