zeekay 1733d3be03 Fork pierrec/lz4 v4.1.22 to hanzoai/lz4 ...

v4.1.23 introduced a regression in end-of-frame detection that breaks
superfly/ltx (and therefore hanzoai/replicate verify path). Stay on
v4.1.22 wire format until upstream fixes it.

Module renamed to github.com/hanzoai/lz4/v4.
