Aditya Hase 6fa50e9ae9 fix(mysql): Set host+port in my.cnf for mysqld_exporter ...

mysqld exporter doesn't support DATA_SOURCE_NAME environment variable.

We can either
1. Set host+port in my.cnf
2. Use mysqld.address and mysqld.username arguments

mysqld.address isn't supported by older versions of the exporter. So my.cnf is the only option that works everywhere
