zeekay 744fd4e7ab Security reports go to the address the rest of the estate uses
SECURITY.md asked for [email protected]. cloud, python-sdk, rust-sdk and now ruby-sdk
all use [email protected], and a report that lands in a general inbox is a report
waiting behind everything else in it.

Nothing else changes: the note about where a flaw actually lives — the API
surface upstream, the client's shape in the generator, Hanzo.kt here — is the
clearest version of that in any of these repos.

release-please-config.json also pointed its schema at a third party's fork of
release-please; it points at upstream now.
