* feat(controller): emit Kubernetes event when driver pod missing after grace period

When the driver pod is not found past DriverPodCreationGracePeriod, the
reconciler marks the SparkApplication as Failing but only sets the error
on the CR status. Add a Warning event so the failure is visible via
kubectl get events and Kubernetes event-based monitoring.
