Starts a standalone Detox server.

detox run-server [options]

Option	Description
-p, --port [port]	Port number (default: 8099)
-l, --loglevel [value]	Log level: fatal, error, warn, info, verbose, trace
--no-color	Disable colorful logs
--help	Show help
