zeekay 5055cf0466 docs(readme): describe this node pack, and drop the template's filler
The README was generated from a template whose placeholder was never
replaced: all three of these repos said the fork provides "<something> for
video processing" — including KJNodes, which is a general utility pack — and
all three closed on the same "All nodes work together seamlessly and are
tested as a unified stack".

The ecosystem table linked four private repos (painter, DiffuEraser,
LayerStyle, MLX), so every one of those links 404s for a public reader, as
did the "Part of Hanzo Painter" line above it. The clone command used an SSH
URL, which a stranger cannot use.

Replaced with the one-liner for what these nodes actually do, an HTTPS clone,
and a pointer at the upstream for node docs — which is where they are.

Hanzo-KJNodes

A grab-bag of general-purpose ComfyUI nodes — masking, image and latent helpers, batch and curve utilities.

This is a Hanzo-maintained fork of kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes, pinned so the ComfyUI node packs we run together stay on versions we have tested together.

Install

cd ComfyUI/custom_nodes
git clone https://github.com/hanzoai/Hanzo-KJNodes
cd Hanzo-KJNodes
[ -f requirements.txt ] && pip install -r requirements.txt

Restart ComfyUI. The nodes appear in the node menu under the categories upstream defines.

Docs

Node reference and usage are upstream's — see kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes. Nothing about the nodes themselves is changed here.

Contributing

Improvements to the nodes belong upstream: open them against kijai/ComfyUI-KJNodes, and this fork picks them up on the next sync. Open an issue here only for something specific to the fork.
