Go import path rebranded gitea.dev/actions-proto-go -> git.hanzo.ai/hanzoai/actions-proto-go. On-the-wire protobuf identities (runner.v1, ping.v1) preserved for server compatibility. Upstream MIT retained (+ Hanzo modification copyright); NOTICE added.
