zeekay 9fc6bd9065 feat: real Stripe Checkout payment flow for agency services ...

Replace fake payment form with Stripe Checkout redirect. Payment.tsx
now collects name+email only and redirects to Stripe's hosted checkout.
API endpoint supports plan-based routing (agency/instant-site/enterprise)
with correct mode (subscription vs one-time). Agency price updated to
$9,999/mo across all surfaces.
