- Manifests name versions through pnpm's catalog, which npm cannot read, so CI's `npm ci` failed before running anything. CI, the Makefile and the root scripts use pnpm; the npm lockfiles are gone. - pnpm-workspace.yaml listed no packages, so pnpm matched none. Desktop now depends on the workspace's shared package instead of an npm version that was never published. - The Claude SDK hook map claimed every hook event; the SDK names 33 and the map 15. - The install script named a package that does not exist, and the version script missed the examples' hanzo-agents pins.
