With @hanzo/ui 8.29.40's composer: the composer takes `forgetful` and
drops its ground and dashes its edge while a chat is private, so the
notice that stood over it ("Private chat is active…") is gone; the
toggled ghost in the head and the frame say it. `framed` left the
composer (it was a no-op), and with it Chat's read of the frame's
context. The usage control stands in the quiet line under the box as a
word like its neighbours: a 28px text button (36 on a phone), soft ink,
the bad ink at 95% or more, no icon.
