The edge is the kit's Grip. The width is the person's, kept in their preferences (side.width) through the PrefsProvider App now mounts, so Chat and Dev read one document. Pulled over the conversation the column takes its room until Show chat or a pull back out, and the panel's strip puts it full screen. The per-browser hanzo.aside.span and its 50vw cap go. Needs @hanzo/build past 0.2.60.
