A row pressed in Chat opens what it names, sends its prompt in this room, hands a run to Dev or makes the scheduled task and opens it in Scheduled tasks (@hanzo/build 0.2.79). A send pressed in Dev arrives here and is sent once the room is a new chat. The opening greets the first word of the display name, capitalised; the username is a handle and never a greeting, so without a display name it says "What's up?". named() keeps the display name apart as `display`. Carries the betas list (7c51814), the account menu's Beta row (b6063d8) and the palette (c1861b4).
