Al Sweigart 206ece1150 Make sure PyAutoGUI code only raises PyAutoGUIException. 
_normalizeXYArgs() returns integers, and returns the mouse's current position if None, None is passed to it.

Refactored some of the docstrings.

Updated some unit tests.
