Resync from gui/apps/admin-base/dist after the BrandMark / favicon fixes and the configurable-prefix sweep. Previously the embedded dist still had the old dark-navy chip favicon and the pre-rip login form; now matches the canonical Hanzo black-chip block-H artwork and renders the OIDC redirect login. Triggers a fresh base Docker image build via the canonical docker-build.yml workflow; deploys pick up the new SPA when the image rolls.
