Replace github.com/pocketbase/pocketbase with github.com/hanzoai/base in 106 Go source files. Keep pocketbase/dbx and pocketbase/tygoja as-is (upstream dependencies). Add compiled binary to .gitignore. Include realtime DX design document inspired by Convex patterns.
