hanzo-dev 01ab30a3b0 chore(extbench): drop checked-in wazero-rust cargo target artifacts ...

These are cargo build outputs (target/*), already covered by the fixture's
.gitignore but committed before it existed. The fixture the benches load is
validate.wasm at the fixture root, which is untouched. go build ./plugins/extbench/... green.
