zeekay 9e215ed3e9 fix: add Commerce billing to K8s deploy + create init.sql 
- Add Commerce secretKeyRef (api-key, webhook-secret) to K8s api-deployment
- Create infra/sql/init.sql (uuid-ossp, pgcrypto extensions for PostgreSQL)
- Remove deprecated version: from docker-compose.prod.yml
