Replace NavigationMenu with custom NavMenu hover dropdowns: - Products: 3 featured hero cards (Node/Explorer/MPC) + 5-column category grid + SDK footer - Solutions: Enterprise/Startup panels + Use Cases/By Role/By Chain columns - Hover-to-open on desktop (150ms close delay), click on mobile - Full-viewport-width backdrop-blur dropdowns matching hanzo.ai pattern Also fix API deployment: increase probe timeouts, add ENVIRONMENT=staging
