- Add Cluster and Node SQLAlchemy models with full metrics columns
- Create DB-backed CRUD router (14 endpoints) replacing in-memory store
- Add SVG world map globe component with pulsing node dots and tooltips
- Seed real DOKS clusters (hanzo-k8s, lux-k8s) + multi-chain nodes on startup
- Wire seed_database into app lifespan for auto-population
- Add network filter and globe visualization to nodes dashboard page
- Keep staking/supported-chains/presets endpoints via lazy imports
