zeekay e7815ff6bc rebrand hub to monochrome Hanzo theme and fix bothub CLI build ...

- Replace red/coral/warm palette with monochrome neutrals (black/white/gray)
- Light: #ffffff bg, #0a0a0a ink, neutral borders and surfaces
- Dark: #000000 bg, #f5f5f5 ink, dark gray surfaces
- Update brand-mark from red gradient circle to black rounded-rect logo
- Update hanzo-logo.svg and hanzo-favicon.svg to official assets
- Fix bothub CLI TypeScript build errors from openclaw rebrand:
  - Fix invalid hyphenated JS variable names (hanzo-bot → hanzoBot)
  - Fix duplicate function/variable declarations
  - Fix stale import references
  - Exclude test files from tsconfig build
- Update SkillDiffCard fallback colors to neutral palette
