- Update openclaw peer dep in googlechat/memory-core to >=2026.3.7
  (resolves GHSA-rchv-x836-w7xp self-advisory match)
- Fix broken doc links: /concepts/sessions → /concepts/session
  in es and pt-BR translation stubs
