zooqueenandHanzo Dev 1eb492be26 fix: resolve remaining TypeScript type errors in extensions and UI 
- Cast iMessage service property to literal union type to prevent widening
- Add missing CostUsageTotals fields in usage-render-details test fixtures
- Make BindingAgent name/binding properties non-optional (always present)
- Use typed local for model.cost access in form-utils test
