Comprehensive rename of all openclaw references to hanzo-bot equivalents:
- Package: openclaw → @hanzo/bot
- Binary: openclaw → hanzo-bot
- Types: OpenClaw* → Bot*
- Env vars: OPENCLAW_* → BOT_*
- Android: ai.openclaw.android → ai.hanzo.bot.android
- iOS/macOS: ai.openclaw.* → ai.hanzo.*
- Swift modules: OpenClaw* → Bot*
- Plugins: openclaw.plugin.json → bot.plugin.json

Vercel AI Gateway setup (auth + model selection)

You want to use Vercel AI Gateway with Hanzo Bot

You need the API key env var or CLI auth choice

Vercel AI Gateway

The Vercel AI Gateway provides a unified API to access hundreds of models through a single endpoint.

Provider: vercel-ai-gateway
Auth: AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY
API: Anthropic Messages compatible

Quick start

Set the API key (recommended: store it for the Gateway):

hanzo-bot onboard --auth-choice ai-gateway-api-key

Set a default model:

Non-interactive example

hanzo-bot onboard --non-interactive \

Environment note

If the Gateway runs as a daemon (launchd/systemd), make sure AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY is available to that process (for example, in ~/.hanzo/bot/.env or via env.shellEnv).
