zooqueen ecf9458b1b Discord: thread bindings idle + max-age lifecycle ...

Cherry-pick of upstream a7929abad. Replaces single ttlHours model with
idleHours + maxAgeHours lifecycle for Discord thread bindings. Adds
/session idle, /session max-age, /focus, /unfocus, /agents commands.
Includes config migration, schema labels, help text, and documentation.
