zooqueenandHanzo Dev 0730caffb7 fix: resolve test and build failures from upstream merge ...

- systemd.test.ts: update service name refs to bot-gateway, remove
  --machine fallback tests that no longer match production behavior
- cron: restore lost missed-slot replay features (computePreviousRunAtMs,
  allowCronMissedRunByLastRun, isErrorBackoffPending) across schedule.ts,
  jobs.ts, and timer.ts
- qr-dashboard.integration.test.ts: update env vars from OPENCLAW to BOT,
  fix error message regex, remove stale dashboard assertions
- Android: delete 8 duplicate openclaw source/test files superseded by
  hanzo counterparts
