Peter Dave Hello b63bee1513 Enhance coding assistant guidance and discoverability

Broaden guidance to multiple assistants and add an AGENTS.md symlink to
CLAUDE.md for easier discovery. Clarify workspace-scoped commands,
targeted Vitest usage, cleaning tasks, Firefox dev/build notes, and
engine requirements. Update workspace structure and artifact directory
mentions (including dist-zip/), and treat packages/i18n/lib/** as
generated outputs to avoid accidental edits, with minor Markdown cleanups
