zeekayandHanzo Dev ca89c70ef2 Drop the two tests that never ran and the dependency they carried

Both files sat behind a //go:build sqlfiddle tag, so no build or test run ever
reached them, and the one they exercised posted SQL to an external website —
a test that cannot pass without that site being up.

Their only effect was to put gitea.com/xorm/sqlfiddle in the module graph of
every consumer, through builder.test.
