Health-check messages and reconcile-annotation values we write are
reworded from ArgoCD/Argo CD to Hanzo CD. Directory names, the
argoproj.io/promoter.argoproj.io API groups, and every GitHub
issue/doc URL they cite are untouched — those are the lua/health.go
lookup keys and external citations covered by the standing rule
(see commit 940ba5da5), not our voice.
