quay.io/argoprojlabs/cd-e2e-container is a third-party image we don't own. ghcr.io/hanzoai/cd-e2e-container already exists with matching tags (0.1/0.2/0.3 — reposerver/repository/repository_test.go already uses it), so repoint the ~100 remaining references across test/e2e, applicationset examples, controller/util testdata, and docs to it, and fix the actual publish script (test/e2e/multiarch-container/build.sh) so a future rebuild lands in the right place instead of drifting back to quay.io.
