zeekay 39e0d31ef1 deps: bump luxfi core to latest (drops corona; corona-based)
quantumvm: bump luxfi core deps to the corona-based, corona-free set:
chains v1.3.7, vm v1.2.3 (api v1.0.12), consensus v1.25.15, corona v0.7.6,
node v1.29.3 (indirect). corona v0.2.0 dropped from the module graph.

- main.go: the quantumvm Factory moved out of node (vms/quantumvm removed
  after node v1.24.x) into the github.com/luxfi/chains module; import
  github.com/luxfi/chains/quantumvm instead of github.com/luxfi/node/vms/quantumvm.
- go.mod module path luxfi/chains/quantumvm -> hanzoai/chains/quantumvm:
  the published github.com/luxfi/chains module now owns the entire
  quantumvm/ subtree, so the old self-named path caused an ambiguous import.
  The new path matches the repo origin (hanzoai/chains) and the sibling
  hanzo-evm module convention.
- pin node to v1.29.3 (not v1.30.9): node v1.30.9 requires api v1.0.14
  which renamed InitializeRequest.LuxAssetID -> UTXOAssetID, breaking
  vm v1.2.3/rpc; v1.29.3 keeps api v1.0.12 and is itself corona-free.
