chat2: the clean-room chat, on our own stack

Settings, scene, thread export and the composer, plus the workspace and voice
surfaces. @hanzo/ui components on the @hanzo/gui runtime and react-router —
nothing from the fork.

Screenshots and agent scratch files stay out of the tree.
