zeekay 7f88c3f4e9 Carry source maps and the editor gesture 
Every bundle and the published package now name the source they came from,
and in development Alt + right click on anything opens its file.

zeekay 7889abf19c Ship built files, not TypeScript source 
No resolver compiles TypeScript it finds inside node_modules, so a consumer
typechecked against the source and then failed to bundle it. Emitting JS beside
its declarations is what makes the subpaths resolve the same way twice.
