From polish/chat-design-maven: configs valid under TS 5 and TS 7 alike (baseUrl and moduleResolution node are gone from TS7). The data-provider conflict is resolved the way that file's own comment demands: bare src/* resolution moves from baseUrl to a config-relative paths entry, and `pnpm run frontend` passing without baseUrl is the evidence — verified. Also folds the two removals the migration missed: target=es5 and esModuleInterop=false (both TS5108 under TS7; both checking-only here). Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
