github.com has no runner for hanzo-build-linux-amd64, so a caller under .github/workflows is a gate that can never be scheduled. This is the ~7-line caller on the plane that can (git.hanzo.ai git-runner fleet), pinned @v1. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>

# LIBRARY: a Go module (a sql/driver-shaped mock of clickhouse-go). No image, no
# deploy — it ships from a tag, so the whole gate is its own test suite.
#
# `go test ./...` and not `go build ./...`: every file here exists to be asserted
# against, and the suite is self-contained — the point of a mock is that it needs
# no ClickHouse to run. A compile-only gate would pass while the expectation
# matcher silently stopped matching, which is the one failure a mock can have.
