zeekay e7a4d4385a tui: Dev updates itself from its own release; the welcome draws the Hanzo mark
The update check read openai/codex's latest release and offered to run
`npm install -g @openai/codex`, a Homebrew cask and chatgpt.com's install
script, so a Dev user was told to replace Dev with another product. It now
reads hanzoai/dev's latest release (tags `v` + the version) and offers the
installer that put Dev there: `@hanzo/dev` by npm, bun or pnpm, the
`hanzoai/tap/hanzo-dev` formula by Homebrew, and hanzo.sh otherwise. The npm
wrapper's marker is `DEV_MANAGED_BY_NPM`, read through `hanzo::NPM_MANAGED` by
the install context and the doctor alike. The names live in `hanzo`, beside
Dev's other constants.

The empty-state animation drew the OpenAI knot. It draws the Hanzo mark
(`hanzo::MARK`, the brand favicon's path), so `paths.rs` goes.
