zeekay 1b480fabae brand: Dev's name in every user-facing string ...

In the string literals of non-test code under tui, cli, exec, utils/cli,
app-server and its daemon, core, core-plugins, model-provider, login,
config, state, sandboxing and codex-mcp, "OpenAI Codex" is "Hanzo Dev",
`codex` the command is `dev`, and "Codex" is "Dev". Left as they were:
tests and snapshots, names a file, package, path or wire value carries
(Codex.app, CODEX_*, the desktop app, auth storage, analytics, migrated
commands), and Markdown headings.

This was a rule applied to the checkout at build time; it is a commit now,
and a merge from upstream brings new strings unbranded. After a merge,
`git diff ORIG_HEAD -G'"[^"]*Codex' -- 'codex-rs/*.rs'` lists the literals
to read.
