zeekay 6fd3f34530 tests: the doctor, daemon and composer snapshots read Dev's words ...

The brand commits renamed what the doctor, the daemon menu and the composer say
("Hanzo Dev Doctor", "Dev CLI", "Ask Hanzo Dev to do anything", `dev doctor`)
and left the snapshots saying Codex, so those tests failed on main. The
snapshots now say what the binary prints. The cli crate's library half runs the
doctor's tests too and had no snapshots of its own; it has them now, identical
to the binary's.
