The header, the welcome screen, the first tip and the composer's placeholder take their words from hanzo-tui, which also sets the input's background, monochrome output and the separate status line. /login and /logout go through the Hanzo CLI, /auth shows who is signed in, /status leads with it, and `/model <name>` switches the session directly. There is no update check and no shared background server: Dev serves in its own process. The composer draws no starfield for any model.
