metering/ was a second metering client beside cloud's (hanzo-inc/cloud metering), 964 lines apart from it, with the meter-proxy sidecar and the deploy renderer that used it. No deployment ran the sidecar, and the one product that imported the module, hanzoai/functions, is not deployed and drops it. Its tagged releases stay resolvable.
