model/metric.go used prometheus/client_model/go (dto) only for the EscapeMetricFamily helper. Move that helper + metricNeedsEscaping to a new sub-package model/promfamily. expfmt updated to import the new path. Consumers of model that didn't need EscapeMetricFamily (e.g., alertmanager labels parsing) no longer pull dto.
