zeekayandHanzo Dev f9f05540db util: uuid.NewString() is the home for a UUID; drop GenerateId
util.GenerateId() was `return uuid.NewString()`, and hanzoai/ai carried the
same wrapper twice over (GenerateId and GenerateUUID). Renaming a function
by wrapping it buys nothing and costs a second place to look, so it is gone
and its 3 call sites say uuid.NewString() -- the home is
github.com/google/uuid, already a direct requirement here.

Behaviour-preserving: uuid.NewString() is exactly what the wrapper returned.

NOT touched, and worth a look on their own: this file and ai's share an
ancestor and have drifted apart elsewhere. WriteBytesToPath panics here and
returns an error in ai; ReadStringFromPath uses ioutil.ReadFile here and
os.ReadFile(filepath.Clean(path)) in ai; and SnakeString is a different
algorithm in each -- on a leading underscore they disagree ("_Foo" is
"__foo" here, "_foo" in ai). Left alone deliberately rather than quietly
"fixed".

Failing-test set unchanged: none before, none after.
